SMART WATCH Q50 1. open back cover (with 4 tiny screws ) 2.remove battery .careful my was attached to 2 wires.insert sim card into slot( t mobile sim card looks like is the compatible sim card for this watch at least it worked for me.due to the fact that this watch supports 1900mhz frequency like tmobile network ,ask other carries for this info before buying sim) 3.download setracker app on your ios device or android 4.open app and on main menu click register to setup account and password 5.fill out the blanks id license:the 12 digit code found on battery listed as reg code/id code account:your email or tel number (this is like your user name) nickname: whatever nickname you want the watch to be called so. appears on app p_number:the adult cell number(in case you have to retrieve account password) password: any 6-12 character password to login to account on app r_password: retype same password as above very important. click your language and area where the watch and phone are(example north america) click ok (and you should be good to go) 6.go back to main menu and put your username you put under account and your password and click login 7. once in app go to settings here you have to manually put your adult cell number so it gets synchronized into kids watch so you or kid can call eachother etc. put all your desire number(s) under all categories sos,monitor sms alerts,contacts,telephone ,lbs is set to green(on) make sure and troubleshoot that all this info got sync into watch and now test it out with watch and app. 8.last but not least make sure that under your iphone or android phone settings you let se tracker app always allow access to your location.so app and watch can work perfectly. now you can enjoy your watch, if you dont do these steps as follow you wont be able to make this watch work straight out the box and unfairly give this watch and manufacturer bad reviews. i did this to help others and to make sure our children are safe.
