1.Please install the built-in driver into your computer after connecting it to computer. When you plug it into the USB port, the computer will detect a new device has been plugged. Please turn to “my computer” and find the “FL2000DX (G:)”, then double click it to install the software.

2.Support Windows XP/10/ 8.1/ 8/ 7.DO NOT support Mac!

3.To ensure high resolution output, please ensure that the port is USB3.0, video is high-resolution and the monitor support high-resolution.

4.Make sure your devices have USB 3.0 port. USB 3.0 supports: 1920*1080@60Hz (1080p max), USB 2.0 ONLY supports: 800*600@60Hz.

5.Built-in driver conflicts with other drivers in computer, please unload original driver and reinstall the bulit-in driver when conflicts.

6.This product is NOT a bi-directional adapter. It ONLY converts USB 3.0 to VGA.

7.Supports Surface Pro with INTEL(Windows) processor.
